Fair Price Promise. At Touchwood we understand the importance of clear, defined, fixed price quotations. We appreciate that all of our clients whether they are home owners or businesses have budgets to work to, with this always at the forefront of our minds we aim to work with our clients and suggest cost saving ideas at the early stages of a project so that they can plan ahead. We promise to stand firm by the quotations that we submit, as set out in our detailed quotations and this will form part of the contract that we sign into. We will only ever quote for additional work as the projects proceeds if we are requested to by our client.
